Modern static caravans give the opportunity of a "weekend cottage" or a "summer retreat" at a fraction of traditional property prices, but they have all the conveniences.

Double-Glazing and Gas Central Heating together with insulation offer a warm comfortable environment whatever the season, these are either standard features or extras that can be specified when your caravan is ordered.

Normally we have demonstrators of different models and specifications available to view on Silver Trees, we deal with all manufactures and can source any type of new Holiday Caravan, if a particular model appeals we can arrange to view elsewhere with our suppliers.

Occasionally pre-owned caravans are available for sale already sited on the Caravan Park, these would have a term of tenure outlined on purchase, new caravans would have a 15 year tenure of siting.

Silver Trees is a member of the British Graded Holiday Parks Scheme, and its quality standards are assessed annually by independent tourist board inspectors. Graded parks provide a quality assurance to holidaymakers, enabling you to book with confidence. On its most recent inspection Silver Trees was awarded four stars which denotes quality standards defined as "Excellent". We have a Rose Award for Hire Fleet Units.

LOOKING TO THE FUTURE
A new development is in progress to create fully serviced pitches with BT telephone connections and fine views of the local countryside surrounding the park, which is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This, together with the amenity area of the Park, which is designated a SSSI and a haven for wildlife, will ensure a Holiday Home at Silver Trees will be a refuge from the hustle and bustle of our hectic lives these days. Private owners enjoy a season from 1st March to 15th January the following year - ten and half months possible useage as a Holiday Home, but not as your main residence.

All types of new caravans from leading manufacturers can be purchased through the park, finance can be arranged, and on occasions pre-owned caravans may be available.
